Amongst the hundreds of new things I did this summer that I wouldn’t have gotten to do anywhere else but in Peru was something that had been nagging at me to do at home for a while, but I hadn’t worked up the courage to do it until just a few weeks ago. So, here is a small token of my Peruvian experience in the form of a video, and it proves that I was brave enough to sing in front of a (small, nevertheless) caring audience.
mom: oh, I also got something else you can eat!
me: oh, and what is that?
mom: that Israeli Cusco! I mean couscous!!
